The charger is presented in a Kraft box. Please note that some phone cases may affect wireless charging connections. The wireless charger will work at the optimum power level when used with a 5V/2.4A mains adaptor. Using a PC/laptop USB output to power the wireless charger may lead to slow charging, or not charging at all.
